I had to write and tell you this as I found your program by accident and was VERY hesitant to download it because in the past when I have tried such programs, they always did more harm than good.
I am pleased to say that so far your program has worked as advertised and my computer has suffered no ill effects. I cannot tell you the messes I have had to clean up with programs similar to use. I am a professional derivatives trader and my computer MUST work...I am also my own IT department being a one man shop.

I've found, over the years, that keeping the Windows Registry clean and in order has been key to my computer operating at its minimum capacity. Although I've used other products, PCOptimizerPro has proven superior on my WindowsXP machine, and on my new laptop running Windows7 (64-bit). A few short clicks is all it takes to keep everything running efficiently and (generally) error free. Keep up the good work, PCOptimizerPro! I'll keep coming back to you for my computer needs!

I've been using PC Optimizer Pro for nearly a year. I find it a very handy must have tool that keeps my computer running smoothly by regularly checking various components and fixing everything with potential to harm or slow my PC. I previously had 3 other products for PC maintenance but the great thing about PC Optimizer PRO is that they're all included PLUS you get more, for example, start up manager, file shredder etc. You can also uninstall programs with this tool without having to go to you control panel.
Recently I had a technical problem where my optimizer would not fully open and I was unable to view the panel, the tech guys were at hand to solve the problem using team-viewer. All in all it took over an hour to fix and I was grateful they were there to offer additional support, which is exactly what you want and generally don't get anymore. I highly recommend this product and its customer service.

I have been a user PC OPTIMIZER PRO for several years and have not been disappointed with it's ease of use, accuracy, and updating capabilities. The advertised claims are genuine and not over extended as in some other products on the market. Their customer service and technical support teams are knowledgeable, intelligent, and honest. This product is superior to others tried in the past because it "does no harm" to your system and doesn't nag you after one year like some others that want a yearly update fee before they will continue.

The first time I used PC Optimizer Pro, it found over 700 megs of junk that had accumulated on my computer.
We have to thank this company that is cleaning up the mess created by Windows poor implementation.

Having encountered a number of operating issues with my computer I searched for a remedy and found the PC Optimizer Pro program. Installing this resolved all the issues and the computer is now running smoothly and efficiently again. The program is easy to install, understand and operate even for us non computer literate users. Recommended.

After downloading PCOP i have found my computer runs much quicker, my girlfriends laptop used to freeze up to 10 times a day and with PCOP installed it has froze 3 times in the past 6 months. a definate reccomendation.

Just the fact that I am taking the time to provide feedback should tell you how pleased I am with this software. I use it on one desktop and 2 laptops; one with Vista, the other two with XP. I never cease to be amazed at how this software finds and fixes registry errors in particular. Also, re: customer support, I had a problem re-loading the recent update my desktop; sent an email on a SATURDAY, not expecting a response until Monday. Was so pleasantly surprised to receive the answer on SUNDAY and to have the issue resolved with just that one quick e-mail. Keep up the great work!
